The helpline is an over-the-phone advisory service operating 365 days of the year between 9am and midnight. Advice is given for acute complaints (coughs, colds, ‘flu, hay fever, strains, sprains, vomiting, diarrhoea, baby colic, teething and much more)

Candice provides a locum service every Monday and Tuesday dispensing homeopathic advice for you and your family’s needs. For help with a chronic condition (chronic in this instance meaning a condition that has been going on for 3 months or more) a full homeopathic consultation may be recommended. Candice can advise you and arrange a face to face consultation if necessary.
